The Hanover Hunt & Riding Club has been is a volunteer based organization since 1932. The HHRC holds numerous events throughout the year, including horse shows, trail rides, the used tack sale, pot luck dinners, and breakfast rides.
Volunteers are always needed and welcomed. The HHRC is happy to sign off on any hours used for Community Service. Volunteer opportunities include horse show set up and clean up, food booth, ribbon running, painting jumps, etc. Please get in touch with John to volunteer.
Membership to HHRC will allow you to accumulate points toward year end points for both the June Show and the Mini Shows, held on Wednesday evenings during the summer. By becoming a member, you will also receive the newsletter about upcoming events and activities, a free subscription to the Massachusetts Horse Magazine, and a discount toward club activities. If you have suggestions about activities, please reach out to us! Regular meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the clubhouse.

We would like to thank all of our members who have helped make our past year activities so successful. We
have had Breakfast Rides, Horse shows, Tack Sale, Lobster Bake, Chili Cook off and a Year End Banquet. Along
with our food booth at all the shows held at our club house. Without the volunteer help of our club members
and friends we could not have all of these fun activities.
Our Annual Year End Awards Banquet held the 2nd Saturday in January 2017.
Community Service Hours – Many schools, churches, etc, require community service hours. We are an
association run by Volunteers. We are always looking for help – anything from horse show setup/take down,
ribbon running, gate keepers, grounds crew, and food booth. If there is something above you would like to
volunteer at and get some community service hours please feel free to contact us.
Thank you,
Officer’s & Directors of the
